The Girls Inc. Difference
Girls Inc. aspires to have a real and lasting impact on the girls we serve. The Girls Inc. Strong, Smart, and Bold Outcomes Measurement Strategy (SSBOMS) is designed to help us understand and showcase the measurable difference we make in the lives of Girls. Working with the National Girls Inc. Research & Evaluation office Girls Inc. of San Antonio participates in the outcomes process to better measure the difference we make in the lives of girls.
LOCAL PROGRAM REPORTS
Continuous improvement is critical to success of Girls Inc. programs. Evaluations are used with each program to identify which objectives were met and to gather information about program outputs, logistics, and satisfaction. This information is used to revise and improve ongoing or future program planning and implementation.
