We believe that Girls Inc. of San Antonio is accountable to all its stakeholders for its service to girls and for its use of resources for that purpose. To assist girls, parents, donors, program partners, volunteers, and all community stakeholders in assessing our performance, we provide financial, governance, program, and impact information to make knowledgeable and informed decisions.

Transparent Communication

We recognize that we will only accomplish our mission through the generosity and trust of the community, particularly our donors and volunteers. For this reason, we believe in communicating transparently with the public who supports us.

We will also honor any reasonable request for additional information about Girls Inc. of San Antonio that does not violate the privacy of the girls we serve, their parents, our employees, board members, volunteers, or any other stakeholder who has provided us with confidential data in good faith.

IRS 990 FORM

This is a report that must be filed each year with the IRS by organizations exempt from Federal income taxes under section 501 of the IRS Code.

Audit

To ensure that the organization is following all financial regulations and continues to be good stewards of the financial resources entrusted to our care,Girls Inc. of San Antonio annually submits documentation to independent auditors.
