Session 1: Strong Mind, Strong Girls (3rd-5th grade)

Strong Minds, Strong Girls is a behavioral health and wellness program designed to teach girls all about how the mind and body work together and how to reduce stress. By practicing mindfulness, movement, creativity, and connection, girls will learn how to cultivate positive, safe mindsets, environments, and relationships for themselves!

  • Duration: 8 week session

Session 2: STEM Unlocked! (3rd-5th grade)

In STEM Unlocked! girls will explore how science, technology, engineering, and math connect to the world they experience every day. They will discover how STEM shapes the spaces where we live, learn, and play! Through creative challenges and real world examples, they will use problem solving skills to design and build.

Session 3: Becoming BOLD (3rd-5th grade)

Join us in Becoming Bold! Elementary participants will learn how to lead, practice problem-solving, and develop their personal superpowers! Throughout the series participants will experience working together, overcoming challenges, and learning inter-personal skills that will last them a lifetime. Anyone can be a leader — let’s start now!

Session 4: Art in Motion (3rd-5th grade)

Let’s dive into the world of art! In this program, girls will learn all about the basics of art, explore various art mediums, and reflect on empowered women artists. Get creative with Girl’s Inc. and make meaningful and inspired artwork!

Weekend Sessions Available:

    • September 12, 2026: Start off the program year STRONG with Girls Inc. by participating in our first Saturday program event! This event is for girls to start creating meaningful connections with girls their age! Join us in learning all about conflict resolution, communication, empathy, and allyship by playing fun games and engaging in open discussion. 
    • October 10, 2026: Come celebrate Digital Inclusion Week and World Mental Health Day with Girls Inc.! Participants will learn how to navigate, communicate, and connect with kindness in the digital world. Girls will also explore mental health, self-esteem, and empowerment online. In our new digital landscape, mental health matters!
    • November 14, 2026: Calling all young leaders! Do you like solving problems and helping others? Join us for a day of service and give back to your local community. Participants will learn about the power of volunteerism, team work, and how small acts can lead to big change. Community Service Hours available to middle and high school participants.
    • January 9, 2027: New Year, Strong YOU! Come celebrate and start off the new year strong with Girls Inc. Forget last years problems and stress by exploring self-care practices that promote a culture of safety, empowerment, and healing. Make your mind and body strong for 2027!
    • February 13, 2027: Rock It To The Future Science Festival (Free Family Event )
    • March 20, 2027: Growing-up just got easier! This Saturday at Girls Inc., join us to learn skills for independence! Participants will pratice life skills and solve challenges they will experience in the real world. From laundry hacks and kitchen safety to car maintenance and appointment scheduling, girls will learn how to stay safe, help others, and get to where they’re going!
    • April 10, 2027:Fiesta! Baila! Join Girls Inc. as we celebrate the fiesta season and discover art from around the world. Participants will explore different cultures and honor their heritage through mediums like paint, music, dance, film, and more.

STEAM Spring Break Camp 2027

    • Registration Opens: TBD (To Be Determined) 
    • Cost: $150 per girl 
    • Age: 6-10 years old
    • When: March 8th – March 12th 2027
    • Where: 2214 Basse Rd. San Antonio, TX 78213
    • Time: Monday – Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm
    • Fees include breakfast and snacks 
    • Lunch must be brought from home
